Ice-cream Balls with Raspberry & Cherry sauce

Ingredients
Raspberry sauce
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
  • juice of 1 lemon
  • ¼ cup agave
Instructions
  1. Thaw bananas for a few minutes then process with lemon juice to a ‘soft serve”
  2. consistency. If the bananas are too frozen they will be difficult to whip up. If this
  3. happens just leave them for a few more minutes to thaw
  4. Place in freezer to become firm enough to scoop out using an ice-cream scoop
  5. Place balls back into freezer to become very frozen preferably overnight
  6. Melt chocolate recipe no. 3 in a basin over very warm water. Make sure it is still
  7. thick enough to coat balls. If the chocolate is too runny place it back in the fridge
  8. until it has reached the desired consistency
  9. Coat frozen ice-cream balls in chocolate and return to freezer until serving time.
  10. Serve with cherries and raspberry sauce
Raspberry sauce
  1. If frozen thaw raspberries
  2. Blend all ingredients until smooth
