chocolate recipe no. 3
½ cup cherries - 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- juice of 1 lemon
- ¼ cup agave
- Thaw bananas for a few minutes then process with lemon juice to a ‘soft serve”
- consistency. If the bananas are too frozen they will be difficult to whip up. If this
- happens just leave them for a few more minutes to thaw
- Place in freezer to become firm enough to scoop out using an ice-cream scoop
- Place balls back into freezer to become very frozen preferably overnight
- Melt chocolate recipe no. 3 in a basin over very warm water. Make sure it is still
- thick enough to coat balls. If the chocolate is too runny place it back in the fridge
- until it has reached the desired consistency
- Coat frozen ice-cream balls in chocolate and return to freezer until serving time.
- Serve with cherries and raspberry sauce
- If frozen thaw raspberries
- Blend all ingredients until smooth
